If you’re not happy with your order, you can easily send it back.

Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. Full details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

How to Return an Item

• Let us know within 14 days by email at info@amoredime.com that you’d like to withdraw (please include your order number)
• We’ll then send you the appropriate return address
• Send the item back unused, in its original condition, and if possible in its original packaging
• You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs
• Once we’ve received the item, we’ll refund the purchase price to your original payment method

Exchanges We don’t offer direct exchanges (e.g., for a different size) for logistical reasons. Simply return the item as part of the withdrawal process and place a new order for your desired size or color – that way you’ll get your new favorite piece as quickly as possible.
